AAPA Mahjong Fundraiser!

Tournament format: Two rounds of tournament play, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes each (about 3 hours of play total), with a break in between. With setup, prep, emceeing, and hosting, I'll be there for roughly four hours of active event time — and you'll have me for the entire day for setup, prep, and execution, as well as event flow guidance as we create the event to your liking.

What's included (approximate charge: $1,200, depending on numbers):
- Up to 20 tournament table setups for 80 players
- Score sheets
- Tournament management, organization, and operation
- Emceeing the event
- Possible open play tables

Prize structure as follows:

• 1st Place $250 value (tile set?) I will procure
• 2nd Place $125 value prize (Mahjong accessories?) I will procure
• 3rd Place $75  (Mahjong accessories/mat?) I will procure
• Four - $25 gift cards random drawings throughout event - provided by client

Payment: A 50% deposit is needed to lock in the date. Final payment will depend on the total number of players, not to exceed $1,500. (Prizes are not included in the max cost.) If the group is smaller, we can adjust pricing down as well.
